This is a meticulous reproduction of the XX model produced when DENIME was founded. The fabric was developed in collaboration with Kurabo using the original recipe. The same unevenly spun American cotton yarn is rope-dyed with a special indigo color, and finished with a plant-based dye, recreating the deep, distinctive DENIME color. Furthermore, the scouring process before rope dyeing uses room-temperature water, resulting in a darker dyed area and a more pronounced white center for the warp yarn. The GL3 power loom, known for its outdated design, allows the unevenly spun yarn to shine through. These jeans truly combine DENIME's originality with Warehouse's spirit of exploration, aiming to be the pinnacle of Japanese denim.
